SYCLE Planning & Metrics Header
The Planning Header will be consistently available across the entire Planning & Metrics module. The header consists of the most relevant sections that are associated with the Planning & Metrics module. Below is a list of the items available on the Header Tool bar:
- Workspace: This tab enables you to navigate between the three dashboards available for the Planning & Metrics module. The tab provides you with a Dropdown menu that enables you to navigate to My Quick Update, My Performance, and Executive Intelligence.
- Framework: The Framework area allows for key aspects of the organisation to be established. These are then used as a foundation in several areas of the planning process.
- Planning: The Planning area provides access to Strategic, Business, Service, and Performance Measurement Planning areas. Planning data is entered through various forms as mentioned above. Separate data entry forms are available into which the relevant information can be inserted for the planning process
- Reporting:The key function of the system is the production of reports that will enable management to easily monitor their Strategic Management Plans and progress against those plans, resources and progress on a regular basis. The system includes a series of standard reports grouped into categories specific to planning.
- Quick Search: If you want you want to search for Actions, Tasks, and KPI's across the entire organisation, this would be the tab to use. This enables you to get a global view of the entire organisation as opposed to key Metrics associated only to yourself.
- Administration: This section will enable you to access various configurable options that would be specific to the Planning & Metrics Area.
