Planning data is entered through various forms, which can be accessed from the Planning Menu. Separate data entry forms are available into which the relevant information can be inserted for the planning process.
Go to Planning and Metrics and on the header tool bar click the Planning drop down menu which will provide you with a list of planning options
Strategic Planning – is the high level planning area. It contains Navigation Pad, Vision, Mission, Core Values, Environmental Analysis, Goals, Outcomes and Strategies.
Corporate Planning - is a lower level planning area. It contains Business Units, Core Services, Critical Issues, Actions and Business Unit KPIs.
Service Delivery – contains Service Profiles, which link the services provided by the organisation to its corporate goals and outcomes. Service Profile Groupings are also within the service delivery area (This function needs to be set up by CAMMS. Please contact CAMMS Support for further information).
Performance Measurements - is the processes by which an Organisation can ensure that sufficient information is available to ascertain its responsiveness to the issues of the Organisation and its delivery in relation to its Strategic Management Plans.
