Overview

Running the organisation without a good set of measures is like driving a car without the gauges

Performance Management is a general term that describes the processes by which an Organisation can ensure that sufficient information is available to ascertain its responsiveness to the issues of the Organisation and its delivery in relation to its Strategic Management Plans.

Key Performance Measures (KPIs) focus on aspects that are critical for the current and future success of the organisation. Key Performance Measures exist at all levels of the organisation and a successful performance management system creates a network of measures that enable performers at all levels to see and measure their impact on critical organisation outputs.

Access the Performance Measurement menu using the following method:

Planning > Planning > Performance Management > KPIs

Planning & Metrics > Planning > Performance Measurement.

KPIs – Build Key Performance Indicators and link them to your organisational and/or planning hierarchies. Examples of available KPI types include Rollup, Calculated, Trend etc.

Scorecards - Build scorecards for various levels of organisation.
