The Corporate Planning area allows you to set up operational level plans for each business unit which can include the following:
These are accessed via the Planning & Metrics Module > Planning > Business Planning Menu.
Accurate and relevant details should be entered in these area as it is crucial to the organisational as they will determine the final output of several key system reports such as Annual Business Plan Report, Issue Summary Report etc.

A Business Plan focuses on the Actions and tasks required to deliver the Service Plans and ultimately the direction of the organisation, set out in the Corporate Plan. It is:
A plan that integrates the strategic direction of the organisation and Service Plans with the operational requirements of the Directorate and Business Unit/Region.
A process that involves the reviewing of the Business Unit’s environment and the development of actions and tasks that provide management with the ability to manage resources.
An essential link between the strategic direction (high level planning) of the organisation and the budget process, giving management a balanced approach (middle level planning) to the allocation of resources.
