This section allows assigning members to specific plans. As in previous sections, access to this section will be based on the user’s security role and thus, users who do not have the relevant permission will not be able to add or edit users within this section.

Adding New Plan Members

Adding a new plan member can be done in two ways.

Method 1: Assign a staff member who already exists within the systeminterplan®

Method 2: Add a new individual directly through Specialist PlanningShuttle Plans interface

Method 1:

STEP 1: Click the "Add New Plan Member" link

STEP 2: Click the "Select" button.

STEP 3: Select a member by searching for the specific user or by selecting the staff member directly from the staff members list and click the "Select" button.

STEP 4: Then select a role from the dropdown list. These roles will be defined by the Specialist PlansShuttle Plans Administrator within the "Settings" area.

STEP 5: Click the "Save" icon.

 

Method 2:

STEP 1: Specify the following details to create a new member.

Fields

Description

First Name

Enter the first name

Last Name

Enter the last name

Position

The position of the user

Organisation

Name of the organisation

Phone

Enter the phone number

E-mail

Specify an e-mail address

 

STEP 2: Upload a photo by clicking the image place holder.

STEP 3: Click the "Save" icon.
