This special component allows you to add, edit and filter environmental factors or "Issues" in terms of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats related to the current plan. Note that you can rename "Environmental Analysis" to something more relevant to your organisation if required.
STEP 1: Click the "Add New Issue" link to create a new "Environmental Issue"

You can use the filtering option to filter existing issues by "Issue Type" and "Title" |
STEP 2: Specify the following details.

STEP 3: Click the "Save" button.
STEP 4: Click the "Add New Solution" link to define solutions and link those solutions to the plan.
STEP 5: Define a solution and click the 'Insert" button.
STEP 6: To create a linkage, click the "Link Solutions" button.
STEP 7: Then select the relevant solution from the right, drag and drop over the box in the middle and wait for a blue dotted line to appear around the box.
STEP 8: Click the "OK" button.
Once you have created a linkage, the Solution title will appear in the centre panel to show that it has now been linked with the selected plan and level.
