Service Profile Groupings allows you to group your services into categories. To do this, go to Planning> Service Delivery > Service Profile Grouping.
The mandatory fields are Service Profile Grouping name and Responsible person. Optional fields are the Description, Output and linked back to a Goal.
You can now link the Service Profile from within the respective Service Profile area to the Group by selecting the group from the drop-down list as below.
