Description

Interactive Service Review (ISR) is a web application implemented using the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 3.5 and 2.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008.  It utilises C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, MS Silverlight and other Microsoft programming technologies.

Running on Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 and using IIS 6.0/7.0, ISR represents a stable and well supported infrastructure configuration.  Access to the site is gained using Internet browser technology. Recommended version for this is Internet Explorer 8. Reports can be generated in Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

End user Requirements

To run ISR the following software will need to be installed on all user workstations:

• Windows XP and above
• IE7 or IE8 (The application is best viewed in IE 8.0 standard version with a widescreen resolution such as 1366*768).
• Adobe Reader 8.0 and above
• ADSL2 or Fast internet connection
• The application is currently not certified for IE 6 & IE 9 compatibility.
• Silverlight plug-in, version 5 or above (http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx)
