The service model development allows you to create a visual model of the service delivery plan.
STEP 1: Go to Service Model Development page.
STEP 2: Click "Add" to start creating a service model.
STEP 3: Drag and drop the suitable icons from the Toolbox to the Service Model area.
STEP 3: According to the relationships, link the icons. Hit "Save" button to save the service model.

Use the Copy button on the right to get a copy of the same service model and edit the particular model according to your needs and save it with a different version. |
A summary table as depicted below can be accessed by clicking the small triangle below the words Summary to the right.
