Levers of Change

Levers of change is similar to SWOT object, and allows you to analyse and identify the key changes that are required under each of the four ‘levers’ of change: people, process, organisation and technology.

The first tab within this object provides an introduction to the object.

 

Similar to the SWOT, Levers of change tab lists out the four levers – people, process, organisation and technology and allows you to add ideas for each.

Ideas added here will then show as actions in the third tab, Action Prioritisation where you can prioritise actions and allows you to decide which ones to proceed with.
