The Action Development object allows developing actions within reviews in order to improve service delivery. These actions are linked with corporate strategies with deadlines defined in order to conduct progress reviews.
Action Prioritisation tab will allow you to select actions to be implemented in order to improve the service delivery. All actions developed for the service review (SWOT, Levers of change, Action development ) will be listed in this page. Select or reject the actions by clicking the adjacent icon.
To develop an action,
STEP 1: Go to Action Development tab
Use the View/Edit button to view or edit action details. Use the Delete icon to remove the action from the service review.
STEP 2: Press the Add button to add a new action to the service review. The pop up is displayed where you can add action details.
STEP 3: Define the following fields

Select a corporate strategy from the drop down list. Dropdown would list all strategies defined within interplan Strategy area. |

Select the relevant action filters by ticking the adjacent checkboxs. |

STEP 4: Click 'OK' to submit the action details.
