User Roles Settings

This page allows the administrator to assign one or multiple user roles to the staff members.

STEP 1: Select the staff member from the 'Staff Name' dropdown list

STEP 2: Once you click on the space given against the 'User Roles', you would see a dropdown list with the user roles. You can select one or multiple user roles from that list.

STEP 3: Click on the 'Add' button to save the record.

 

User Roles available under the Hazard Management system

Hazard Admin

Hazard admin has all the administrator rights within hazard area.

Note: Risk admin will be considered as an operational user within hazard (unless combined with other user roles).

 

Hazard Manager

 

Hazard Creator

Prior to Hazard Manager sign off:

Note : Once the hazard is submitted by the hazard creator, Edit, delete and active/inactive securities will be revoked. He would not be able to do any changes to the hazard (unless combined with another user role i.e. Responsible officer)

 

Sign-Off Authority

 

General User

Any user who doesn't belong to any of the above described categories will be considered general user. (these permissions are available for all other roles as well)
