User Roles Settings
This page allows the administrator to assign one or multiple user roles to the staff members.
STEP 1: Select the staff member from the 'Staff Name' dropdown list
STEP 2: Once you click on the space given against the 'User Roles', you would see a dropdown list with the user roles. You can select one or multiple user roles from that list.
STEP 3: Click on the 'Add' button to save the record.
User Roles available under the Hazard Management system
Hazard Admin
Hazard admin has all the administrator rights within hazard area.
Note: Risk admin will be considered as an operational user within hazard (unless combined with other user roles).
- Add, edit, delete, active/inactive, archive and view all hazards in the system
- Add, edit, delete, active/inactive, and view all controls linked to hazards
- Add, edit and view all assessments for any hazard
- Add, edit, delete, and view all action plans for any hazard\
- Submit hazard and hazard assessment
- Send assessment for signoff / signoff assessments
- Copy hazards
- Complete access to admin area
Hazard Manager
- Add, edit, delete, active/inactive, archive and view all hazards in the system
- Add, edit, delete, active/inactive, and view all controls linked to hazards
- Add, edit and view all assessments for any hazard
- Submit hazard and hazard assessment
- Send assessment for signoff / signoff assessments
- Add, edit, delete, and view all action plans for any hazard
- Copy hazards
Hazard Creator
Prior to Hazard Manager sign off:
- Edit, delete, active/inactive and view hazards added by the user (hazard creator)
- Add, edit, delete, active/inactive, and view all controls linked to hazards
- Add, edit and view all assessments for all hazards added by the user
- Submit hazard assessment
Note : Once the hazard is submitted by the hazard creator, Edit, delete and active/inactive securities will be revoked. He would not be able to do any changes to the hazard (unless combined with another user role i.e. Responsible officer)
Sign-Off Authority
- Signoff assessments (accept or decline) in hazards that the user is selected as the sign off authority
- Edit, archive and view hazards that the user is selected as the sign off authority
- Edit and view controls that the user is selected as the sign off authority
- Edit and view assessment that the user is selected as the sign off authority
- Edit and view action plans that the user is selected as the sign off authority
General User
Any user who doesn't belong to any of the above described categories will be considered general user. (these permissions are available for all other roles as well)
- View all hazards/controls/assessments and action plans in the system
- View audit trails for all hazards
- Generate reports
- Access list of hazards
