This page displays the hazard risk assessment status for all processes/tasks which have been identified by the organisation. Only active process/tasks will be displayed by default.
Hazard register can be accessed via;
Filters icon is available in top right hand corner. Clicking this would expand the filter pane. Following filters will be available
Fields |

Process/Task |
Key word search for all process/tasks in the system. Blank by default. |
Directorate |
Display all directorates in the system in a dropdown. Defaults to “all”. Selecting a division would display only the process/tasks that are linked to business units of the selected division |
Business Unit |
Display all business units for the selected directorate. Defaults to ‘All’. Selecting a Business unit would display only the process/tasks that are linked to the selected business unit. |
Service Profile |
Display all service profiles for the selected business unit. Defaults to ‘All’. Selecting a service profile would display only the process/tasks that are linked to selected service profile. |
Responsible Officer |
Display all staff linked to directorate and business unit selected. Defaults to “all”. Selecting a staff member would display only the process/tasks that he/she is responsible for. |
Secondary Officer |
Display all staff linked to directorate and business unit selected. Defaults to “all”. Selecting a staff member would display only the process/tasks that he/she is the secondary responsible officer for |
Hazards |
Display all the hazards in the system. Defaults to ‘All’, Selecting a hazard should only display process/tasks that is associated with the selected hazard |
Sub Hazard |
Display all the sub hazards linked to the selected hazard. Defaults to ‘All’. Selecting a sub-hazard should display process/tasks that are associated with the selected type. |
Risk Rating |
Display all risk ratings. Defaults to ‘All’. Selecting a risk rating would display all process/tasks that have the selected risk rating as the highest risk rating under hazard categories. Example, if there were two subcategory risk ratings for a process/task Manual Body Load Tasks – Medium Falling objects – Low If medium is selected from the dropdown, this task should display in the list. If low is selected from the dropdown, this task shouldn’t be displayed. |
Hazard status |
Display all hazard statuses; active, inactive, archived, all. Defaults to ‘Active’. Display process/tasks that are in the status selected. |
An expandable hierarchy grid is displayed to show process/task details. The top level would display the following columns

Service Profile |
Display service profile that the process/task is linked to |
Business Unit |
Display the business unit that the process/tasks is linked to |

Display directorate of the business unit that the process/task is linked to. |
Highest risk rating |
Show the highest risk rating under the process/task Example, if there were five subcategory risk ratings under Manual Body Load Tasks, then beside the process/task it should show the highest rating out of the five sub categories. |
Responsible Officer |
Display primary responsible officer of the process/task |
Next Review date |
Displays the closest ‘Next review date' from the underlying hazard assessments |
Status |
Display the active/inactive status of the process/task |
Following columns will be displayed in the grid when expanded.

Display the risk rating for each Sub hazard risk assessment. Should display the latest assessment |

Display the last person who conducted the assessment |
Next review date |
Display the date for the next review. |
Add/Copy Process/Tasks
You can add a new process/task using the Plus icon. Also you can copy an existing Process/Task using the 'Copy' button to duplicate the record. Refer to the Adding New Process/Task page for more information.
You can use the arrow icons shown at the bottom of the table to navigate through the pages. You can change the number of records displayed using the 'items per page' dropdown.
