E-mail notifications can be triggered to relevant users in the following instances:
When a hazard is created the Responsible Officer/Reporting Officer who have been assigned as primary and secondary officers will receive an email notification.
When a review is due the Responsible Officer/Reporting Officer who have been assigned as primary and secondary officers will get a review reminder.
When a assessment review is overdue the Responsible Officer/Reporting Officer who have been assigned as primary and secondary officers and the Hazard Manager will receive a reminder email.
When the assessment is completed and submitted for approval, the sign-off authority selected through the sign off tab will receive an email notification.
When the hazard assessment is approved, the Responsible Officer/Reporting Officer who have been assigned as primary and secondary officers will get a confirmation notification.
