The Project Tasks by Business Unit report is designed to provide the users with the ability to extract all project related information for a selected business unit. Note that this will allow you to generate a report that spans across multiple projects focusing on the actual tasks undertaken by each business unit. It includes the details of project tasks, project positions as well as the start and end dates of a task.

Reporting Year |
Dropdown allows selection of years available for the reports. Defaults to the current reporting year. |

Business Unit |
Dropdown allows selection of all Business units defined within interplan. Default selection is the 'Show All' option. |

Description |
| Code | Project Reference code, (Defined when creating the project in Add new project area) |
| Project Name |
The name of the project, (Defined when creating the project in Add new project area) |
| Task Description | Displays the Tasks description. (Defined in Assessment > Task Planning area) |
| Position | Position of the staff member for the projects. (Defined in Settings Configuration> Project Position) |
| Start Date | Displays the Start Date of the Task. (Defined in Assessment > Task Planning area) |
| End Date | Displays the End Date of the Task. (Defined in Assessment > Task Planning area) |
