Project Risk

The project risk main screen displays the list of project risks, where you would be able to edit or delete an existing project risk.

when you click on the edit button, you can see the details of the issue risks added under the specific project risk. you can view/edit/delete/add the following issue risk details:

Risk Code - Risk code will be auto generated by default settings, however, you can edit the risk code if required. If you delete the risk code while editing, the auto generated risk code should be populated during adding/saving the risk

 

Issue Risk - You can define the issue risk under this column when adding a new issue risk or you can edit an existing record.

 

Responsible officer - you can select a responsible officer from the dropdown menu

 

Risk Status - You can change the status of the issue risk between active/inactive options.

 

You can view the highest risk rating for the assessments (initial, revised and future) on the top of the screen along with the Average Risk Rating. When a future assessment is hidden, then the rating would not be displayed against that assessment.

 

Now you have options to filter and group the records under project risks. You can sort each column using the text box and sort options (Risk Code, Risk title, Responsible officer and status). Also you would be able to group these column by simply dragging and dropping them into the grouping panel.
