Attach Documents

The Attach Document object can be used to;

Upload a document

STEP 1: Click the 'Select' button.

A pop-up window will be displayed from where you could select the document that needs to be uploaded.

STEP 2: Clicking the 'Add' button will include the document to the list. Similarly, multiple documents can be included.

STEP 3: To upload all the documents, click the 'Upload' button.

STEP 4: Click the 'Save' icon.

The maximum size that can be uploaded to the project linkage tab is 4 MB.

 

Add a TRIM link

STEP 1: Select ‘Trim link’ as the Link Type

STEP 2: Enter the TRIM number of the specific document.

STEP 3: Ticking ‘Always show latest document’ allows the users to view the latest version of the document. Ticking this would update the linked document as TRIM version changes.

STEP 4: Clicking the 'Add' button will include the trim link to the list. Similarly, multiple links can be included.

 

Add an intranet/web link

STEP 1: Select ‘Other link’ as the Link Type

STEP 2: Enter a title (if required) and the URL in 'Other URL' field.

STEP 3: Clicking the 'Add' button will include the URL to the list. Similarly, multiple links can be included.

 

The labels, fields and functionality available in this area may depend on how your administrator has configured the system.
