The Default Workflow

Your organisation can choose to configure and use as many workflows and phases/objects within a workflow as required, and use any terminology as relevant to your business practices.  

The default workflow provided with the standard configuration of this system consists of five phases:

This is applied to the 'Default Project Type' also provided with the standard configuration. If you apply this to a new project you create, you will be able to observe these phases via the tabs at the top as follows:


If a workflow has been applied to any existing projects the system will not allow you to delete any objects within it. However, you will be able to add new objects if required.
