Similarly to Resource Utilisation, this provides an overview of the Project utilisation under certain criteria such as over allocation, under allocation, weekends, holidays etc using different colour combinations. The projects will appear on the left side as per the refined criteria done on the search box (please refer to search box criteria). The time allocation done through Task Planning will initially appear here where user can change if preferred. However, the time changes here will not be reflected on the Task Planning area.
Simply click the 'plus' mark against the Project in order to expand it to get further elaboration through sub tasks.
When you click on a project, it will direct you to the Gantt chart.
Search Criteria
When you click on the 'search' icon located on top right corner of the screen, the below screen will appear.
