Organisational/performance strategies configured by the Administrator can be incorporated into a performance assessment for review process.
STEP 1: To setup Strategies, click the 'Strategy' tab.
STEP 2: Link strategies to the assessment. Strategies can be added using either of the below given methods.
Method 1:
By dragging a 'Strategy' from list on right to 'Strategies' table to link Strategies to the assessment or click the 'Add All' icon if all Strategies need to be linked to the assessment.
Method 2:
Strategies that are not in the list can be added by typing in the strategy in the text box provided. Click 'Add'
STEP 3: Click 'Save' to save the strategies.

If the Assessment is closed without saving, all unsaved information entered would be lost so make sure you SAVE often. |
