Assessment reports provide a valuable overview of the complete evaluation process and are a useful tool in a performance review meeting. Reports can also be used for sign-off and paper based storage if necessary. Reports are constructed using the responses gained from the Assessee, Reporting Officer and 360 Participants.
Assessment Reports can be accessed from the individual assessment record.
STEP 1: Open the assessment record and click 'Reports' tab.
This page lists the report templates available for the current assessment record.
STEP 2: Click on the desired report to open the report generation page.
STEP 3: Click 'Preview'. The preview of the report automatically opens as an Adobe Acrobat PDF via the browser.
Formats
There are four different formats to generate reports; Microsoft Word (editable), Acrobat PDF, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (exact).
STEP 4: Select the file type which the report should be generated from the selection box.
STEP 5: Click 'Export' to generate the report. After the report is generated, a browser message window pops up. Click 'Open' to open the document or 'Save' to save the document in the PC.
