My Strategies

*Optional feature

My Strategies area shows all strategies that you are identified as a “Responsible Officer”, sorted as per Strategy ID.

To expand, click on the plus symbol. More details on the strategy can be updated.

For each strategy, following data are displayed:

Field	Description
Title	Strategy title. Title is hyper-linked by default. Clicking on title will open Strategy details page in a new window. According to settings configured by your Administrator, the hyperlink will be enabled or disabled. When enabled, it can open the relevant record in a new tab or in a new window.
Progress comments	Latest progress comment is displayed here. You can do any updates as required.
Status	Editable Strategy status drop down displaying the latest Strategy status.
% Complete	Editable Strategy percent complete displaying the latest Strategy progress.
Progress	Progress bar indicating percentage completed in green.

Clicking on the filter icon allows you to filter your strategies.

The following filters will be available:

Filter	Description
Search	A textbox that would allow you to perform a key word search on Strategies you are responsible.
Status	Dropdown that lists all possible statuses for a Strategy. Selecting a status would display all Strategies currently in the selected Strategy status. Default will “Show all”.
Last Progress Update	Choose from a dropdown list that filters the Strategies per the last Progress Update. Defaults to “Show all”
Agency	Dropdown of the Agencies linked to strategies, to be able to filter by Agency. If no agencies are showing,it suggests that there are no strategies linked to agencies that you are responsible.
Hide Completed	Ticking this would exclude all completed Strategies from the list. Ticked by default.
Save as Default	Tick this to save your search before clicking on 'search'. Next time you access your home page, the search default will be saved.
Clear Filters	Clicking on this button will clear the filters being applied. If this is greyed out, this means that no filters have been applied from the defaults.

Same rules as 'My Actions Updating' will apply for status and % complete.

Strategy Expand functionality:

Note: you need to have the 'expand strategy updating functionality' in order to use the above. Please contact CAMMS if you are interested in this functionality in order to switch this on for you.
