Q: |
I already have an LMC account. I’ve been given an enrolment key (username/password) to enrol for another course. How can I go about doing this? Should I create a new account? |
A: |
Make sure that you do not create a new learner account. Login to LMC with your current user details and go to course registration area. Click on the ‘Enrolment Key’ button and enter the username and password provided. Now if you go in to ‘My courses’ area you will see that the new courses are added to your course list. |

Q: |
I received an email saying that I have been enroled in 3 courses and the enrolment details were provided. Am I to enter the enrolment details thrice? |
A: |
If an enrolment key is sent with more than one course attached to it, entering it once will enrol you in all attached courses. Enter your enrolment details. Navigate to ‘My courses’ area and verify whether all mentioned courses are added to your list. If not, please contact your LMC administrator. |

I’m getting a black screen when trying to view a lesson/ My screen freezes when trying to view a view a unit. Why is that? |
A: |
IE 6 and 7 have a known limitation that prevents media from displaying correctly. Microsoft has issued a patch to fix this problem. To install the patch, follow the instructions provided in Appendix A. If you have already installed the patch or if you are using IE 8 or above, it could be because you are not using the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Follow the instructions given in the Appendix B to install the latest version of the Adobe Flash player. |

Q: |
I’m not seeing any changes made to a unit. However, the changes are visible in my colleagues’ computer. |
A: |
This is probably due to your browser caching the old version of the lesson. Clear your browser cache and try again. For instructions on how to clear cache, refer Appendix C. |
