The Grade report is used to show a list of persons enrolled in a specific Instructor Led Training session - but this report allows you to also enter their attendance or absenteeism record for said course. Instructor Led Training is currently not offered via the CAMMS LMC.
The Employee Activity Report is a list of all learners which can be filtered down to the person or group you are interested in. It summarises the total number of courses a person is enrolled in, as well as their percentage completed.
Employee activity - Filters
Use the "Find" feature to search by any available demographic field. You can search for multiples by inserting multiple terms with a semi colon. For example, if you select "job title" using the dropdown box and then enter carpenter; painter you will see all carpenters and painters in the group.
Clicking View... takes you to the transcript for the learner where you can see a detailed listing of all the courses the learner is enrolled in, as well as a listing of all certificates.
