1. Sharing a 'Collaborative Action', always shares any sub items associated with it. For example, a collaborative action will be shared with its tasks and a collaborative task will be shared with its sub-tasks.
2. A recipient council can add a collaborative action or task shared with them to their own action/task lists. However, a collaborative task cannot be added as a sub-task to an existing task. If a collaborative task is added as an Action by recipient council, only percentage completed and progress comment will sync with root collaborative task.
3. When a Task is shared, certain Action details are also shared. These details include: Action, Action Description, Business Unit, Responsible Officer, Agency, Start and End Dates.
4. However, the government can control whether the action progress is also shared or not. This can be done by selecting or un-selecting 'Show progress to recipients of shared tasks' within action editing area.
