An option in Staff area will allow administrators to control whether a particular user can be added to other organisation's chat groups.
STEP 01: Navigate to Framework > Staff
STEP 02: Select the relevant person and tick/un-tick 'Show for Collaboration Discussion Groups'.
STEP 03: 'SAVE' modification.
