Stakeholder Analysis

STEP 1: Go to Stakeholder Analysis to define analysis mechanism for a stakeholder who is involved in the business unit operation. (Note that the term 'Environmental Analysis' is customised while creating the workflow for preparing this document.)

STEP 2: Click 'Define Our Stakeholders' button and click the 'Add' button to include a New Stakeholder.

STEP 3: Specify the following details:

Description

Stakeholder

Name of the stakeholder

Key Contacts

Contact numbers of the stakeholder

 

STEP 4: Click the 'Next' navigation button in order to navigate to the next stage (i.e. Stakeholder Analysis).

STEP 5: Select the 'Interest' and 'Power' from the drop down list.

STEP 6: Click the 'Visualise' icon to view the graphical representation for the Stakeholders.

STEP 7: Click the 'Next' navigation button in order to navigate to the next stage (i.e. Stakeholder Actions).

STEP 8: Click the 'Add' button to define action titles for the Stakeholders.

A pop up window is displayed as shown below: 

STEP 9: Select the Stakeholder from the drop down list and specify an action title in the 'Action Title' text box.

STEP 10: Click the 'OK' button to add the action title to the list or click the 'Close' button to close the pop-up window.

Add another action title by clicking the 'Add' button.
