An Introduction page is an example of a situation where your business plan includes a free text area. Depending on the configuration of your planning workflow, these free text areas may appear at relevant junctures of your new business plan.
STEP 1: Click the title of the free text area from the left.
STEP 2: Type in the required text and format it according to your requirements using the controls provided.
