STEP 2: Specify the following details to create a new plan:

Plan Name |
Specify a plan name. |

System Period |
Select the system period. The system only deals with interplan® data that belong to the specified time period. |

Business Unit |
The business units which were defined within the application are available for selection. |

Workflow |
Workflows which were defined in 'Administration' section are loaded. The phases and elements of the new business plan is set according to the selected workflow. |

Reporting Period |
Select the period (year) from the dropdown list. |

Responsible Officer |
Select a staff member who acts as the responsible officer for the business plan from the drop down list. |

STEP 3: Click 'Next' to move to the 'Process Overview' screen.
