Map the System Period to the Reporting Year once the rollover is complete.
Reporting Year Mapping enables the Administrator to map the Reporting Year of Assessments to the System Periods in interplan® in order to synchronise data between the two systems. This ensures that the correct Assessment Elements (such as Tasks, Actions, etc.) are extracted from the System Period in interplan® to the Assessment.

STEP 1: Go to Administration > Individual Planning Admin > Management > Reporting Year Mapping.
STEP 2: Specify the details below.
