The Session Expiry is a security measure used by the system to ensure the integrity of the program and safety of your organisation’s data. If there is no action undertaken by the logged in user for 30 minutes, the program will return you to the login screen when the user again tries to use the program.
Self hosted clients can modify the session expiry time by contacting CAMMS.
